The Guitar Table was designed as part of Dannon's graduate thesis project, Soundwave Studios. The tabletop is inlaid with tortoiseshell pickguard material around a ring of koa wood. There is a shelf beneath the "soundhole" on which you can place a vase of flowers. (This brings the flowers down so you can see over them while seated.) The "fingerboard" stripes, edge treatment, and all parts beneath the top are made from FSC-certified Honduran mahogany. The support structure underneath the tabletop was inspired by the bracing system inside a guitar, while steel cables reference guitar strings and help keep the legs from splaying apart.

The table is 60" long, 36" wide, and 30" high. It can comfortably seat six adults.
